IMPORT / EXPORT Regulations

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to buying.

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or 

postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the product they are ordering is

compliant with the import regulations of their country.

Regarding complaints about delivery, material defects or any other issue, please contact us as soon as possible. If you don't receive the goods within 30 days, or within the mutually agreed period, please contact us, giving an additional, reasonable time limit to deliver.

Finally you are responsible if your your items do not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control, for example not cleared by customs or due to a natural disaster.

 

 

Payment methods 

Bank transfer & PayPal

For bank transfer payments the customer is informed of our banking details during checkout (when choosing the offline payment method). As soon as we receive the total amount on our account, the order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Returns for non-defective products.

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your unused, fully functional items, providing they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging (does not apply for tailor-made products). In this case, the cost of return will be at your expense. A copy or the original of the invoice must be enclosed. 

 

Returns for defective or faulty products.

MVD - Retail will repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if your items turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised. In this case MVD Retail will take care of any shipping costs.

You always have a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost which starts as soon as you receive your goods, providing you use your equipment in the correct manner. (fair use)

 

Please note, the orders which are not paid by bank transfer or PayPal within 5 business days, can be cancelled by us automatically.
